Professional Summary

I am a distinguished Assistant Professor of Chemistry with a proven track record of over 10 years in undergraduate teaching and 4 years in postgraduate education. Holding a Ph.D. in Chemistry from IIT Delhi, my research specialization focuses on the application of Porous Metal Organic Frameworks (MOFs). My expertise spans Inorganic Chemistry and nanomaterials, with a particular emphasis on MOFs and their diverse applications.

I am distinguished by my academic achievements, having earned First Division and Distinction in both my B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. degrees from D.E.I. Dayalbagh. Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in advancing the understanding of MOFs through rigorous research and publication in reputable scientific journals.

In addition to my research endeavors, I am dedicated to providing high-quality education. I have developed and delivered courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels that integrate cutting-edge research with fundamental principles in chemistry. My teaching philosophy emphasizes critical thinking, practical application of concepts, and preparing students for successful careers in academia and industry.

I played a pivotal role in securing and installing FESEM equipment within the Department of Chemistry as part of the MNRE project. Additionally, I coordinated faculty-level examinations, showcasing my dedication to institutional advancement.

I am deeply engaged in corporate social responsibility activities, including coaching for JEE entrance exams and conducting mental ability classes. My regular participation in testing STP water underscores my dedication to community service and environmental stewardship.
